- 2026-11-04 - First version of the HaulersMP rules.
§1 - General rules
These rules apply everywhere on HaulersMP: on the servers, in the in-game chat, in the launcher, on the website and in anything you upload, such as your username, avatar or company profile.
§1.1 - Your account is your responsibility
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, no matter who was using it.
- Never share your password. HaulersMP staff will never ask for it.
- You are responsible for your own setup: controllers, wheels, keyboard and game settings.
§1.2 - Ban evasion
Creating or using another account to get around a ban is not allowed. Evading a temporary ban extends it; evading a permanent ban leads to a permanent ban on all of your accounts.
§1.3 - Misusing our systems
Do not spam or misuse the report system, support, chat or any other HaulersMP feature. Filing the same report more than once or filing reports in bad faith is not allowed.
§1.4 - Reporting other drivers
- Reports must be filed within 7 days of the incident.
- Reports for driving rules (§2) need video evidence. The other driver's name must be readable.
- Evidence must not be edited in a way that changes what happened. Trimming a video is fine.
- Do not ask staff to treat your report with priority. Complaints about a decision go through the appeal process (§5.2).
§1.5 - Respectful language
Insults, discrimination, threats, harassment and hate speech are not tolerated anywhere on HaulersMP. Staff decide on the penalty based on how serious it is.
§1.6 - Impersonation
Pretending to be another player, a staff member, a trucking company or a real person or brand is not allowed.
§1.7 - Cheats, hacks and exploits
Using cheats, modified clients, exploits or any tool that gives you an unfair advantage or disrupts the server is not allowed. Found a bug? Report it to staff instead of using it.
§2 - On the road
HaulersMP is about driving together. Drive like you would want others to drive around you.
§2.1 - Reckless driving
Driving in a way that endangers or disrupts other drivers is not allowed. This includes excessive speed for the situation, unsafe overtaking and ignoring the right of way.
§2.2 - Ramming
Deliberately crashing into other vehicles is not allowed.
§2.3 - Blocking
Do not block roads, junctions, ferries, gas stations, company entrances or parking areas. Do not park on the road.
§2.4 - Wrong way driving
Driving against the direction of traffic is not allowed.
§2.5 - Convoys and events
- Follow the instructions of the convoy or event organiser.
- Do not join a convoy or event to disrupt it.
- Organisers may not block public roads longer than needed.
§2.6 - Server rules
Some servers have their own settings, such as a speed limit or collisions turned off. Those settings are part of these rules.
§3 - Chat and communication
§3.1 - Spam
Do not flood the chat with repeated messages, capital letters, symbols or links.
§3.2 - Advertising
Advertising other services, servers or communities without permission is not allowed. Recruiting for your HaulersMP company in the chat is allowed in moderation.
§3.3 - Language in the global chat
Please use English in the global chat so everyone can understand you. Other languages are welcome in private messages and company channels.
§4 - Names, avatars and content
§4.1 - Inappropriate content
Usernames, avatars, company names, license plates and uploads must not be offensive, sexual, discriminatory or political.
§4.2 - Privacy
Do not share personal information about other people, such as real names, addresses or photos, without their permission.
§5 - Staff and penalties
§5.1 - Penalties
- Staff can warn, kick or ban players who break these rules.
- Bans can be temporary or permanent, depending on how serious and how frequent the violations are.
- Staff may act on situations not described here when they harm the community.
§5.2 - Appeals
If you think a penalty was wrong, you can appeal it once through support. Stay respectful; arguing with staff in the chat does not change a decision.
§5.3 - Changes to these rules
We may update these rules. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can continue playing.
